How do I view all transactions in Nota?

How to view all your transactions in Nota.

Click into the tile on the top left of your dashboard that contains your IOLA/IOLTA/IOTA account number and total balance:

The All Transactions view shows the following information: 

 

The All Transactions Report  can be run by specific date ranges (located top right)

You can also tag transactions to client matters on all transaction pages. 

It is important to note that Nota will allow you to see 7 years' worth of transactions from the date you connect, without having to download statements. You can scroll to the bottom and select “load more”.


 

Searching the all transactions page:

You can search for certain transactions by pressing Ctrl+F (on Windows PC, Chromebook, or Linux system), or Command+F (on a Mac).  This will bring up the searchable “find” function.

Printing and exporting all transactions page:

You can export your 'all transaction' page by clicking “File Download” towards the top right of your screen.  This will allow you to download the statements into .csv format.  Once downloaded, they can be emailed or printed.
