How do I add and view my Personal Account?

This feature is for Nota Users who currently have personal accounts displayed in their M&T Business Online Banking.

If you do not currently have a personal account but are interested in one, connect with your Customer Success Specialist to learn more.

Step 1: The ADMIN logs into Nota, on the My Accounts screen they will click to view a tab that displays “Personal Accounts”. Click the “Request Now” button.

Step 2: Only the Admin/Personal Account Owner can fill out the request form. Fill out the form on the next screen with your information and click submit.

Step 3: Until we process your request you will see “In Progress” on your ‘Personal Accounts’ tab.

All personal checking accounts available in online business banking will be displayed in Nota, the user cannot pick which ones to display.

Step 4: Once we complete your request, at your next login, the ADMIN will be able to view personal accounts.

Your personal checking accounts will have the same functionalities as the Business Checking accounts using Nota.

Check Printing Personal Accounts

If you have enabled Check Printing in Nota you will now have access to check printing for Personal Accounts displayed in Nota.

If you would like to enable Check Printing, navigate to Profile Settings->Check Printing from the navigation panel.
