How to fix an incorrectly tagged transaction to a category?

There are two ways a User can un-tag a transaction from a Category.

Option 1

-       On the Account Dashboard page, Click on the Category tile, Or search for the Category, in the Category search.

-       Click on the Category tile. Category details page opens with a list of the transactions tagged to that Category.

-       Identify the transaction which was incorrectly tagged from the list.

-       Click on the Edit Icon to open the Edit allocations lightbox.

-       Click “X” next to the Notes field, to remove the category and click Save

-       You will get a successful snack-bar message at the top and you will notice that the transaction is gone from the list.

Option 2

-       On the Account Dashboard page, click on the “Show All Transaction” link on the Account Tile to open the “All Transactions” page where all the transactions till date of that account are displayed.

-       Identify the transaction, which was incorrectly tagged, from the list.

-       Click on the “Edit” Icon displayed against that transaction under the Action column to open the Edit allocations lightbox.

-       Click “X” next to the Notes field, to remove the category and click Save

-       You will get a success snack-bar message at the top and you will notice that the category allocated to that transaction is removed from the Category column for that transaction.
